基于空间句法的旧建筑改造设计——以大连市文化产业街为例

Design for old architecture renovation based on space syntax model: taking cultural industry street in Dalian as example

20世纪70年代以来,以伦敦大学Bill Hillier为代表的空间句法(Space syntax)理论引起了国际范围内的广泛关注。空间句法是以空间本体论为基础的关于空间与社会关系的一系列理论和技术,其核心观点是研究整体空间元素之间的复杂关系。基于Depthmap和Axwoman软件分析空间句法模型各项变量指标,以大连市中山区文化产业街改造设计为例,将实地调研与数据采集的结果和方案轴线模型、凸状模型的分析结果进行对比,验证其相关性。本研究方法能够对文化产业街改造中的交往场所、游人数量、空间可达性等因素进行合理阐释,为空间句法在旧建筑改造设计中的运用提供了一定的参考。

Since the 1970s, Space syntax, represented by Bill Hillier, has attracted worldwide attention. It is a series of theories and techniques on social relations based on space ontology. Based on Depthmap and Axwoman software model of the variable indicators, example by Daliancultural street, the results of investigation and data collection and solution axis model, the convex model, comparing the analysis results verify its relevance. This study method can exchanges in place for factors such as making reasonable explanation, providing referencefor the application of space syntax in the old building design.
