摘要
目的评价高校教职员工减灾自救互救培训效果。方法采用类实验研究中的自身前后对照设计方案,对某高校300名教职员工进行减灾自救互救培训。根据培训内容和培训目的设计调查问卷,评价培训效果。结果该高校教职员工减灾自救互救意识及能力有待提高,培训前总得分为72.03±17.16,培训后总得分为(105.36±15.30)分,培训后各部分内容得分均高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论组织有序的培训可以有效地提高人们的减灾自救互救能力。
Objectives To evaluate the effect of disaster risk reduction self-help rescue training for university staffs. Methods Before and after using a single set of control method for test design. The questionnaire was designed according to training content and training purposes. A total of 300 university staffs participated in the questionnaire survey before and after the training. Result After the training it demonstrated a significant increase on the scores for all the parts. Conclusion Organized training can effectively improve university staffs' disaster risk reduction self-help rescue abilities.
