交流发光二极管灯具电特性实验研究

Experimental Study on Electrical Characteristics of Alternating Current Light Emitting Diode Lamp

摘要 研究DC-LED灯具与AC-LED灯具之间的电特性差异。选取飞利浦和雷士品牌传统方案DC-LED球泡灯,及首尔半导体、博用和杰华特3种不同方案的AC-LED灯具作为实验研究对象,通过智能电量测试仪获得灯具的功率、电流、功率因数和谐波等指标数据。实验分析表明:AC-LED灯具的功率因数均大于0.97,总谐波失真均小于25%,3次谐波均小于20%,5次谐波均小于15%,3次和5次谐波符合IEC 61000-3-2标准,电特性优于传统方案DC-LED灯具。 In this paper, the differences of electrical characteristics between DC-LED lamps and AC-LED lamps was comparatively analyzed. The traditional DC-LED bulb lamps fabricated by PHILPS and NVC, and the three AC-LED bulb lamps fabricated by Seoul semiconductor, By-tech and Joulwatt were selected as experimental object. The power, current, power factor, harmonic wave and other index data were collected with the intelligent electricity meter. The results showed that the power factor of AC-LED lamps were greater than 0.97, the total harmonic distortion was less than 25%, 3 harmonics were less than 20% and 5 harmonics were less than 15% , 3 and 5 harmonics in line with the IEC 61000-3-2 standard. The electrical characteristics of AC-LED lamps was superior to DC-LED lamp.
