动态交际技能训练在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果分析

Application effect analysis of dynamic communicative skills training in patients with schizophrenia

目的分析动态交际技能训练在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法 74例精神分裂症患者,随机分成对照组与观察组,各37例。两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用动态交际技能训练。比较两组患者治疗护理前后的阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分和护士用住院患者观察量表(NOISE-30)评分。结果治疗护理前两组PANSS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗护理后,观察组PANSS评分(41.02±2.48)分明显低于对照组的(59.47±5.14)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗护理前两组NOISE-30评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗护理后观察组NOISE-30评分(24.71±1.26)分明显高于对照组的(19.57±2.74)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动态交际技能训练在精神分裂症患者中的应用效果较好,能明显改善患者的症状,促进患者的康复,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the application effect of dynamic communicative skills training in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 74 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 37 cases in each group. Both groups received conventional therapy, and the control group also received conventional nursing. The observation group also received dynamic communicative skills training on the basis of conventional nursing. Comparison were made on positive and negative symptom scale（PANSS） scores and nurse＇s observation scale for inpatient evaluation-30（NOISE-30） scores before and after treatment and nursing in two groups. Results Before treatment and nursing, both groups had no statistically significant difference in PANSS score（P〉0.05）. After treatment and nursing, the observation group had obviously lower PANSS score as（41.02±2.48） points than（59.47±5.14） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Before treatment and nursing, both groups had no statistically significant difference in NOISE-30 score（P〉0.05）. After treatment and nursing, the observation group had obviously higher NOISE-30 score as（24.71±1.26） points than（19.57±2.74） points in the control group, and their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dynamic communicative skills training shows excellent application effect in patients with schizophrenia, and can obviously improve symptoms of patients and promote their rehabilitation. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
