超前护理模式在ICU老年住院患者身体特殊位置压疮预防中的应用

The application of advanced nursing mode in the prevention of special position pres-sure sores of the elderly patients in ICU

目的 观察超前护理模式在 ICU 老年住院患者身体特殊位置压疮预防中的应用效果.方法 该院自2016年1月起开始在ICU老年住院患者特殊压疮预防性护理中引入超前护理模式,选取引入前（2015年7~12月）和引入后（2016年1~6月）收治于该院ICU的老年住院患者各110例为研究对象,引入前后患者分别设为对照组与实验组,观察两组患者各相关观察指标的差异性.结果 实验组ICU老年住院患者干预后的舒适度评分显著高于对照组,特殊位置压疮发生率和严重压疮发生率均显著低于对照组（均P＜0.05）.结论 采用超前护理对ICU老年住院患者实施身体特殊位置的压疮预防,能够显著提高该类老年患者特殊身体位置的舒适度,降低特殊位置压疮发生率和压疮严重程度.

Objective To observe the effect of advanced nursing mode in the prevention of special position pressure ulcer for the elderly patients in ICU.Methods Since January 2016, the hospital has introduced advanced nursing mode in the preventive care of special pressure sores for the elderly patients in ICU. 110 patients before the in-troduction （from July to December 2015） were chosen as the control group and another 110 patients after the introduc-tion （from January to June 2016） were taken as the experimental group. The differences of the various indexes of the two groups were compared. Results The comfort degree of ICU patients of the experimental group were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the incidence of special position pressure ulcers and the incidence of severe pressure sores were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The application of ad-vanced nursing mode in the prevention of special position pressure ulcer for the elderly patients in ICU can significantly improve the comfort degree of the elderly patients, reduce the incidence of pressure ulcers and the severity of the special position pressure ulcers.
