摘要
目的探究抑癌基因P16、脆性组氨酸三联体(FHIT)在宫颈病变组织中的表达及意义。方法选取福建省肿瘤医院自2015年5月至2017年5月收治的40名宫颈癌患者作为宫颈癌组,另选择同时期收治的40名宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN)患者和40名健康成年人分别作为CIN组、对照组,采用免疫组化的方法对三组人员的抑癌基因P16、FHIT的表达水平进行测量。结果宫颈癌组与CIN组、对照组比较,抑癌基因P16、FHIT的阳性率均较低,CIN组与对照组比较抑癌基因P16、FHIT的阳性率均较低,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=5.36~6.12,均P<0.05)。宫颈癌组织中临床分期Ⅰ期P16阳性率明显高于Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期,Ⅱ期P16阳性率明显高于Ⅲ期,病理分级中高分化的P16阳性率明显高于中分化、低分化,中分化P16阳性率明显高于低分化,宫颈癌组织中无淋巴结转移的P16阳性率、FHIT阳性率明显高于有淋巴结转移的组织,差异均有统计学意义(χ~2=5.23~5.36,均P<0.05)。结论抑癌基因P16、FHIT的表达水平与宫颈病变的进展有一定的关系,同时可能与宫颈癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To explore the expressions of tumor suppressor gene P16 and fragile histidine triad(FHIT)in cervical lesions and their significance.Methods Forty patients with cervical cancer admitted in Fujian Tumor Hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were selected in cervical cancer group,and at the same period 40 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)were selected in CIN group and 40 healthy adults in control group.Expression levels of tumor suppressor gene P16 and FHIT in three groups were measured by using immunohistochemical method.Results Positive rate of tumor suppressor gene P16 and FHIT in cervical cancer group was lower than that in CIN group and the control group,and that in CIN group was lower than that in the control group with significant differences(χ~2 value ranged 5.36-6.12,all P〈0.05).Positive rate of P16 in cervical cancer tissue in stageⅠ was significantly higher than that in stageⅡ and Ⅲ,and that in stageⅡ was much higher than that in stageⅢ.Positive rate of P16 in well differentiated cervical cancer tissue was obviously higher than that in moderately and poorly differentiated cancer tissues,and that in moderately differentiated cancer tissue was significantly higher than in poorly differentiated cancer tissue.Positive rate of P16 and FHIT in cervical cancer tissue without lymph node metastasis was much higher than that in cancer tissue with lymph node metastasis.All differences had statistical significance(χ~2 value ranged 5.23-5.36,all P〈0.05).Conclusion Expression levels of tumor suppressor gene P16 and FHIT are associated with progress of cervical lesions,and they may be related to occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
