摘要
抗苗勒管激素(AMH)对卵泡形成起着抑制作用,其主要表达于次级、窦前和小窦状卵泡的颗粒细胞。多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是一种常见的导致育龄期妇女不孕的内分泌代谢异常性疾病。AMH与PCOS生殖内分泌各个方面均有密切联系。该文从AMH对激素的调控机制入手,综述了AMH与PCOS患者生殖内分泌的相关性,探讨AMH作为潜在的生物标志物运用于PCOS临床诊断的可能性。
Anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)plays a negative role in ovarian folliculogenesisis,and it is mainly secreted in granule cells of secondary follicles,preantral follicle and small sinus follicle.Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is a common heterogeneous disorder causing infertility of reproductive-aged women.AMH is known to be closely associated with the level of reproductive endocrinology in PCOS.Based on the regulatory mechanism of AMH,this article reviewed the relationship between AMH and reproductive endocrinology in PCOS.It also explored the possibility of AMH as a potential biomarker in diagnosis of PCOS.
