摘要 目的评价维生素D辅助治疗儿童哮喘的疗效,为维生素D辅助治疗哮喘提供科学依据。方法检索数据库中1995年1月1日至2016年4月1日应用维生素D辅助治疗儿童哮喘的符合纳入及排除标准的临床随机对照试验文献,由两位评审人员独立阅读文献,根据纳入及排除标准筛选文献,并提取相关资料及所需数据。采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入9篇文献,共包括922例患者。Meta分析结果显示,维生素D辅助治疗组总有效率高于对照组,维生素D辅助治疗组在改善ACT评分方面及1年内发作次数方面与对照组作用相当,在改善25羟维生素D3(25-(OH)D3)水平方面优于对照组。结论维生素D联合其他药物辅助治疗儿童哮喘具有较好的临床疗效,但由于现有临床研究较少,今后仍需大样本、多中心高质量临床研究,以提供更可靠、更准确的评价结果。 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of vitamin D supplement in the treatment of children asthma so as to provide the scientific evidences for the treatment of the diseases with the supplement. Methods From January 1,1995 to April 1,2016,the literatures of the randomized controlled trials were retrieved on the vitamin D supplement for children asthma in compliance with the inclusive and exclusive criteria. Two reviewers read the literatures separately,screened the literatures and extracted the relevant information and data according the inclusive and exclusive criteria. Rev Man 5. 3 software was used for the meta-analysis. Results Totally,9 literatures were included,with 922 patients. The meta-analysis results showed that the total effective rate of vitamin D supplement was higher in the treatment group as compared with the control group. The improvements of ACT score and the one-year attack frequency were similar between the treatment group and the control group. The improvement of 25-(OH) D3 was superior to that in the control group. Conclusion The vitamin D supplement combined with the other medication achieves the satisfactory clinical effects on children asthma. The clinical researches are still fewer at present. A large-size sample,multi-centered and high-quality clinical trial is required to provide more reliable and accurate evaluation results.
