王晞星教授运用半夏泻心汤治疗消化系统疑难病经验举隅

Wang Xi-xing's Experiences in the Treatment of Digestive Intractable Diseases with BanxiaXiexinTang

食管克罗恩病、结肠息肉、溃疡性结肠炎属于消化系统的疑难病,其病缠绵难愈,病情反复,病机总属寒热错杂、本虚标实。《伤寒论》之半夏泻心汤是调和寒热的代表方剂,王晞星教授在治疗消化系统疾病方面有着丰富的临床经验,王晞星教授运用半夏泻心汤平调寒热、切中病机,治疗消化系统疑难疾病并且取得满意的效果。笔者有幸侍师身侧,收集病例,选取了三例临床典型验案,总结了王晞星教授以调和寒热之半夏泻心汤加减治疗克罗恩病、胃肠息肉、溃疡性结肠炎的宝贵经验,以期为临床治疗消化系统疾病提供借鉴。

Crohn＇s disease,gastrointestinal polyps and ulcerative colitis which is lingering and refractory and complicated in pathogenesis as mixture of cold and heat,the deficiency of the primary and the excess of the secondary belong to digestive intractable diseases. Banxiaxiexin tang is the representative formula in Shang Han Lun for harmonizing the cold and the heat. Prof. Wang Xi-xing who has extensive clinical experiences in the treatment of diseases of the digestive system chronic digestive diseases use Banxiaxiexin tang to harmonize cold and heat and stringent hit the pathogenesis,so that the significant therapeutic effects are achieved in the digestive intractable diseases. I was lucky to be with my teacher to collect medical record and in the paper,3 clinical cases were reported to summarize Prof. Wang＇ experiences in the treatment of Crohn＇s disease,gastrointestinal polyps and ulcerative colitis treated with modified banxiaxiexin tang to provide the reference to clinical practice.
