近年来,肺癌的发病率及死亡率显著上升,已居我国恶性肿瘤的首位。虽然西医治疗方案日趋完善,但应用中医药治疗肺癌在临床中亦发挥着重要的作用,其严谨的组方配伍能有效控制肿瘤生长,缓解放化疗副反应,提高患者生活质量,延长生存期。侯爱画教授作为山东省五级师承教师,其思想汇聚了多家学术流派的精髓,通过整理侯爱画教授辨证论治治疗肺癌的临证经验,包括诊疗特色、临床思路、用药特点,归纳总结、综合评定,全面掌握肺癌病因病机、用药规律、经验方等,并系统阐述肺癌分阶段、个体化、全程管理的治疗新模式,为中医药治疗肺癌提供临床参考,为年轻中医学子提供理论指导,使名老中医的经验得以传承,有利于中医事业的发展,促进肺癌的规范化治疗。

In recent years,the incidence of mortality of lung cancer increase significantly and have occupied the top position of the malignant tumor in China. The western medicine treatment scheme is getting perfect. However,Chinese medicine has also played the important role in clinical practice. The rigorous composition of herbal medicine effectively controls tumor growth and relieves the side reactions induced by radiochemotherapy so as to improve patient＇s living quality and prolong the survival span. Prof. Hou Aihua is the senior inheritance teacher in Shandong province and has the solid academic foundation of the thoughts from different medical schools. The clinical experiences of Prof. Hou were collected in treatment of lung cancer,including diagnostic characteristics,clinical practice thought,medication characteristics,comprehensive evaluation,overall understanding of etiology and pathogenesis of lung cancer,law of medication and empirical formulas. The new treatment pattern was introduced,including the staging treatment,individualized treatment and overall management of lung cancer. This pattern provides the clinical reference for TCM treatment of lung cancer and the theoretic guidance to TCM students. This study benefits the inheritance of the experiences of senior TCM physicians,the development of TCM course and promotes the treatment normalization of lung cancer.
