中波红外发射系统光机结构设计与主镜的分析和检测

摘要 激光准直扩束系统被广泛应用在光通信、光测量等领域,可实现对出射激光准直和扩束,减小激光发散角,增强远场激光辐射强度。根据设计要求和光学系统特点,设计了口径为290mm的卡塞格林式中波红外发射系统,设计了主、次镜装调结构,并完成主镜支撑结构、次镜支撑结构、透射目镜支撑结构及其他部分的结构设计。用ANSYS Workbench对主镜支撑结构进行分析。主镜面形精度采用ZYGO干涉仪进行波像差检测,得到RMS为0.047λ(λ=4.7μm)。结果表明,设计的中波红外发射系统满足准直扩束系统对像质的要求,可实现出射激光的准直和扩束,且结构简单,易于加工装调,具有较高实际应用价值。 Laser collimation and expansion system is widely used in optical communications, optical measurement and other fields, it can achieve the emission of laser collimation and beam expansion, Reducing the laser divergence angle and Enhancing of far field laser radiation intensity. According to design requirements and characteristics of optical sys-tem, a caliber of 290mm Cassegrain medium wave infrared emission system is designed. The structural design of the primary and secondary mirror, and completed the primary mirror support structure, secondary mirror support structure, transmission eyepiece support structure and other parts are accomplished. ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the pri-mary mirror support structure, and the precision of the primary mirror is verified. Wave aberration detection with ZY-GO interferometer,the results show that RMS is 0.47λ(λ=4.7μm) . The results show that the medium wave infrared emission system satisfies the requirements of the collimated beam system and achieves the collimation and expansion of the laser. And the structure is simple,easy to process and adjust,with a high practical value.
