运动移情法配合中药治疗更年期失眠

Sport Transference and Chinese Herbal medicine in the Treatment of Climacteric Insomnia

目的观察运动移情法配合中药治疗心肾不交型更年期失眠的疗效。方法对30例符合诊断标准的心肾不交型更年期失眠患者进行运动移情法配合口服中药汤剂治疗,治疗4周后进行疗效评价。结果治疗4周后,主要疗效经PSQI评分,30例患者中,痊愈7例,显效10例,有效11例,无效2例,愈显率为56.67%,总有效率为93.33%。次要疗效经改良的Kupermann评分,30例患者中,痊愈6例,显效10例,有效10例,无效4例,愈显率为53.33%,总有效率为86.67%。所有患者治疗前后PSQI评分、Kupermann积分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论运动移情法配合中药治疗心肾不交型更年期失眠有显著疗效,此疗法也可以明显改善更年期其他症状。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of the combined therapy of sport transference and Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of climacteric insomnia of heart and kidney disharmony pattern. Methods A total of 30 patients of climacteric insomnia of heart and kidney disharmony pattern were collected in compliance with the diagnostic criteria. They were treated with the combined therapy of sport transference and oral administration of Chinese herbal medicine. The therapeutic effects were evaluated in 4 weeks. Results After 4-week treatment,PSQI was adopted for scoring the primary effects. Of 30 cases,7 cases were cured,10 cases remarkably effective,11 cases effective and 2 cases failed. The curative and remarkably effective rate was 56. 67%. The total effective rate was 93. 33%. The modified kupermann scale was used for scoring the secondary effects. Of 30 cases,6 cases were cured,10 cases remarkably effective,10 cases effective and 4 cases failed. The curative and remarkably effective rate was 53. 33% and the total effective rate was 86. 67%. PSQI scores and kupermann scores were significantly different before and after treatment for all of the patients（P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. Conclusion The combined therapy of sport transference and Chinese herbal medicine achieves the significant effects on climacteric insomnia of heart and kidney disharmony pattern. This therapy relieves remarkably the other symptoms of climacteric insomnia.
