电针结合运动训练治疗膝关节内侧副韧带损伤的临床观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察电针结合运动训练治疗膝关节内侧副韧带(MCL)损伤的临床疗效。方法急性膝关节MCL损伤患者40例,采用随机数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组仅采用电针治疗,治疗组采用电针结合运动训练治疗。采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、再成角试验及Lysholm膝关节功能评分对疼痛、本体感觉和膝关节功能进行评定,并进行临床疗效评估。结果治疗组治疗后总有效率达95.0%,优于对照组(80.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,治疗组疼痛评分降低,Lysholm膝关节功能评分增加,膝位置觉的平均偏差缩小,均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针结合运动训练治疗膝关节MCL损伤的疗效优于单纯电针治疗,可以明显改善患者膝关节周围疼痛及膝关节整体功能,促进本体感觉恢复。 Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effects on the medial collateral ligament(MCL) injury of knee joint treated with electroacupuncture(EA) and exercise training. Methods A total of40 patients of acute knee MCL injury were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to random number table. In the control group,EA was used. In the treatment group,the combined therapy of EA and exercise training was applied. The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),recanalization test and Lysholm knee function score were adopted to assess painful degree,proprioceptive sensation and knee joint function.The clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results The total effective rate was 95. 0% in the treatment group,better than 80. 0% in the control group after treatment,indicating the significant difference(P〈0. 05). After 4-week treatment,the pain score was reduced,Lysholm knee joint function score increased and the mean deviation of knee position shortened in the treatment group. The results were obviously better than the control group,indicating the statistical significance(P〈0. 05). Conclusion The therapeutic effects of the combined therapy of EA and exercise training are better than the simple EA in the treatment of MCL injury of knee. The combined therapy remarkably relieves the peripheral pain of knee and improves the overall function of knee joint as well as the recovery of proprioceptive sensation.
