摘要
根据全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛要求,设计一无碳小车能绕过呈直线且按变间距摆放的障碍物。首先,分析理想轨迹并得到实现理想轨迹所需满足的条件(a):t_1t_2=3 5和(b):θ=ρ。然后,针对(a)提出将椭圆齿轮组引入正弦机构,经过数学分析得到椭圆齿轮相关参数,借助MATLAB软件完成验证。针对(b)提出将齿轮齿条机构引入微调机构中,实现对θ的微调。最后,通过实物样机测试,新的机构取得很好的效果,给无碳小车实现变间距绕桩提供一种新思路。
Based on the requirement of National College Students'Comprehensive Ability Competition in Enginering Training.A carbon-free car can bypass the barrier with variable distance in a straight line is designed. At first,Analy-sising the ideal trajectory and geting the conditions needed to meet for ideal trajectory:(a)t1 t2=35(b)θ=ρ. Then, As for (1),Proposing the method of introducing theelliptical gears into the sine institutions and getting the related pa-rameters of elliptical by mathematical analysising.then verifing it by using MATLAB software. As for (2), Proposing the method of introducing the gear rack mechanism into fine-turn mechanism, fulfilling the fine-turning of the θ. Fi-nally, through physical prototype testing, good result is achieved by this new design.a new way of thinking for car-bon-free car accomplishing bypassing the barrier with variable distance is provided.
