Despite slow recovery of the global economy,China is estimated to maintain its position as the world's second largest economy with a GDP surpassing RMB 80 trillion in 2017.With remarkable progress in infrastructure,in-dustry,agriculture,technological innovation,and market building,the main challenges facing China have shifted from less-developed production capability to overca-pacity,developmental imbalances,and liability risk for enterprises.
