含双酚酸聚芳醚砜对水中铅离子的动态吸附

摘要 采用含双酚酸聚芳醚砜吸附剂对水中铅离子进行固定床吸附,探讨了水中铅离子初始质量浓度、体积流量、初始pH和吸附剂质量对穿透曲线的影响。采用Yoon-Nelson模型和Thomas模型对动态实验数据进行线性拟合分析,研究了高分子聚合物吸附剂对水中铅离子的动态吸附性能。吸附后的吸附剂用0.2mol/L的盐酸再生多次循环吸附使用。结果表明,聚芳醚砜吸附剂能够有效去除水中铅离子,溶液体积流量和质量浓度对流出曲线有较大的影响,饱和吸附量随着初始质量浓度的增大而增加,随体积流量的增大而减小;穿透时间随初始质量浓度和体积流量的增大均减小,不同条件下的线性相关系数在0.94~0.98,说明Yoon-Nelson模型和Thomas模型都可以描述传统曲线,而且聚合物重生吸附容量变化不大,可以重复多次利用。 The lead ions in the water were fixed bed adsorption using poly(arylene ether sulfone)containing bisphenol.The influence of initial concentration,volume flow,initial pH and adsorbent mass on the breakthrough curves was discussed.The dynamic adsorption properties of the polymer adsorbent for lead ions in water were studied by Yoon-Nelson model and Thomas model.The adsorbent after using was regenerated by 0.2 mol/L hydrochloric acid for multiple cycles of adsorption.The results showed that poly aryl ether can effectively remove the lead ion in water,and the solution flow rate and concentration has a great influence on the outflow curve.The saturated adsorption capacity increased with the initial concentration increasing,and decreased with the flow velocity increasing.The linear correlation coefficient is 0.94-0.98,indicating the Yoon-Nelson model and Thomas model could describe the traditional curve.
