摘要
研究了市售PVC塑胶地板中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂的质量分数。采用环境仓模拟室内空间对增塑剂向空气的迁移行为进行了研究,优化了测试条件,分析讨论了实验影响因素。结果表明,市售PVC塑胶地板质量良莠不齐,16种增塑剂中邻苯二甲酸二异丁酯(DIBP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)和邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DEHP)检出率较高,其中DEHP质量分数最高,为6g/kg。温度和时间是影响塑胶材质中增塑剂迁移的主要因素。密闭空间空气中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂浓度较高,通风良好空间的空气中邻苯二甲酸酯类增塑剂浓度可忽略。
The concentration of phthalate plasticizers in commercial PVC plastic product was studied,and a climatic chamber was used to simulate the indoor space for migrating testing.The testing conditions were optimized and the results showed that the qualities of commercial PVC products are very different,and both the detection rate and the contents of DIBP,DBP and DEHP are the highest among the 16 plasticizers.The highest content of DEHP could reach to 6 g/kg.Temperature and time are the major factors on migration of plasticizers in the plastic products.The concentration of phthalate plasticizers in closed conditions is relatively high,which can be negligible in well-ventilated area.
