On the Nature and Countermeasures of South China Sea Arbitration from an International Ethical Perspective

南海仲裁迫使中国政府意识到,超出国家主权的国际组织正在成为解决国际争端的重要力量,这也显示出国际道德在战后国际社会的重要性。中国政府应当从中吸取教训:一方面必须加快培养熟悉国际法、了解世界规则的人才;另一方面必须加大国内开放力度,转变国家治理体系,增强社会活力,维护各类不同的理论、思想独立存在的空间,从而构建符合国际道德的新型国家—国民关系。

The case of South China Sea Arbitration has made Chinese government aware that various international organizations have been becoming very important power on most international disputes.In fact,it shows that international ethics has been basic common understanding in global society since the World War Two.Chinese government should draw teaching from the case,so it must speed up to train diplomatic man-power,and open-up wide in domestic affairs,improve national governance,enhance the capacity of non-government organization,offer more space for those free and different theories or thoughts to build a new relationship between nation and its citizens from an international ethical perspective.
