摘要 为提高液压隔膜计量泵的使用性能,对泵阀滞后现象进行研究。分析液压隔膜计量泵的工作原理和机能,利用AMESim平台建立液压隔膜计量泵的整体仿真模型,根据影响泵阀滞后的曲柄转速和出口压力这两个主要因素,得到滞后角随曲柄转速的变化曲线和不同出口压力下出口流速随曲柄转角的变化曲线。研究了泵阀滞后对泵容积效率的影响,得出合理地改善曲柄转速可以减小泵阀滞后角,能够提高泵的容积效率和使用性能。 In order to improve the performance of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump,it is necessary to study the hysteresis phenomenon of the pump valve. Analyzing the working principle and function of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump,we build a whole simulation model of the hydraulic diaphragm metering pump by AMESim.According to the crank speed and outlet pressure which are two main factors of affecting the hysteresis of the pump valve,we obtain the curve of the hysteresis angle with crank speed and the curve of the outlet flow velocity with crank angle under different exit pressures. And by the study of the influence of pump valve lag on pump volume efficiency,it is concluded that reasonably improving the crank speed can reduce the lag angle of pump valve and improve the volumetric efficiency and service performance of pump.
