新疆维吾尔自治区国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量考核工作现状与存在问题

Present situation and existing problems of ecological environmental quality assessment in counties of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region

2011年以来,国家环保部、财政部联合开展国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量的监测、评价与考核工作,考核结果为每年国家重点生态功能区转移支付资金调节提供技术支持。目前新疆维吾尔自治区有57个县域纳入国家和自治区的考核名单,涉及防风固沙和水源涵养二种生态功能类型。对新疆维吾尔自治区国家重点生态功能区县域生态环境质量考核工作的开展情况与存在的问题进行分析与探讨。

The monitoring,assessment and appraisals of ecological environment quality of national key ecological function areas were carry out by the State Environmental Protection Department and Ministry of Finance jointly since 2011,and the assessment results is to provide technical support for the regulation of annual transfer payments of key ecological functional areas. At present,the 57 counties of Xinjiang has into the state and the Autonomous Region of the assessment list,which involving the windbreak and sand fixation and water conservation two ecological function types. The situation and problems of national key ecological function zones County ecological environmental quality assessment work in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
