供给侧改革背景下安徽省房地产发展路径研究——基于因子分析和格兰杰检验

Path of Real Estate Development in Anhui Province Against the Background of Supply Side Reform——Based on the Factor Analysis and Granger Test

选取2000—2015年安徽省房地产发展的相关数据,对安徽省房地产发展水平进行因子分析,结果显示安徽省房地产市场总体呈现上升趋势,但2014年和2015年略有下滑。运用回归模型分析,结果显示安徽省房地产发展拉动经济增长的效果较为显著。通过格兰杰检验结果显示,经济增长不是安徽省房地产发展的原因,而安徽省房地产发展是经济增长的原因。最后提出促进安徽省房地产市场发展的政策建议。

A factor analysis is carried out on relevant data of real estate development from 2000 to 2015 in Anhui province to reveal the real estate development level in Anhui province.The results showthe real estate market in Anhui province generally displays an upward trend,and there was a slight decline in 2014 and 2015.The regression model analysis shows the development of real estate in Anhui province has a significant effect on economic growth.According to the Granger test results,economic growth is not the reason for the development of real estate in Anhui province,and the development of real estate in Anhui province is the cause of economic growth.Finally,policy suggestions are put forward to promote the development of real estate market in Anhui province.
