摘要
企业员工如果有较高的工作投入度,会提高企业的竞争力。IT企业作为知识密集型企业,与传统产业相比,具有研发成本高但规模经济效益明显的特点。IT企业员工的人际关系和谐度会影响团队合作的效果,与工作投入度一样,都是影响企业绩效的重要因素。通过问卷调查了IT企业内员工的人际关系与员工工作投入度的现状,并分析了人际关系对员工工作投入度的影响,希望能为以后的理论研究提供有效的参考。
The competitiveness of enterprises will be greatly improved if employees have greater job involvement.The knowledge-intensive IT enterprises,when compared with traditional industries,enjoy the characteristics of high research and development cost and prominent scale economies effect.The interpersonal relationship and harmony among employees affects team performance,which accounts for an important factor of enterprise performance as job involvement.The status quo of the interpersonal relationship among employees in IT enterprises is surveyed through questionnaire.The influence of interpersonal relationship upon job involvement is analyzed in hope of providing effective reference for future theoretical research.
