摘要
"教师成为研究者"是英语教师发展的总体趋势,教师研究能力提升对改善课堂实践、帮助学生成长、促进教师专业发展和增强教师职业幸福感都有着积极的意义。本文结合实例,提出中学英语教师研究能力框架,包括问题意识、获取专业知识的能力、逻辑论证能力、反思能力、问题解决能力以及掌握研究方法等要素,期望对中学英语教师研究能力提升产生积极作用。
'Teacher as researcher' becomes the general trend of development for EFL teachers.Improving research ability for teachers is essential in improving classroom teaching practice,helping with students' growth,promoting professional development and enhancing the occupational well-being for teachers.Based on detailed examples,this study proposes a framework for high school English teachers' research competence,which includes problem awareness,ability to acquire professional knowledge,logical skills,ability to reflect on themselves,problem-solving skills and the ability to master research methods.This framework is expected to enhance the research ability of high school teachers.
