社区居家养老的关键问题分析及对策

ANALYSIS ON THE KEY PROBLEMS OF SERVICE FOR AGED LIVING WITH THEIR OWN FAMILY

本文从社区的概念出发,描述了当前中国的老龄化现状,以及中国城镇化的发展发向,引出了适应我国国情发展的以社区居家养老为主的养老模式。在此基础上,选取我国大城市的中心城区和欠发达地区的小城镇进行详细的调研分析,阐明了我国社区居家养老中存在的重点问题,并对此进一步的思考与对策研究。

Based on the concept of community, this paper describes the current situation of aging and the developing direction of urbanization in China. It gives birth to the community - based pension model which adapting to the development of China ＇s national conditions. To take a step further, select central area of developed city and undeveloped areas of small towns for detailed research and analysis. And clarifies the key problems in the community pension in our country. As a result, further study and analyze the service model of the future of our country.
