抗战十四年期间,同其他抗日大后方一样,戏剧抗战成为甘肃众多抗战形式中最为活跃的部分。1939年创刊于兰州的《政论》半月刊与1941年创刊于兰州的《现代西北》虽然更注重政治宣传,但也刊登有大量的文艺作品,其中亦有许多戏剧作品和戏剧评述刊载,保留了抗战时期甘肃戏剧运动方面的重要资料。这些对于甘肃戏剧史来说具有极为重要的研究价值与史料价值。

During the 14 years of anti-Japanese War, drama became the most active part of the form ofresistance war in Gansu. Although the Political Comment founded in Lanzhou in 1939 and Modern Northwestin 1941 paid more attention to the political propaganda, they also published a large number of literary works,which also had a lot of drama works and drama comment published and kept important information of dramamovement in Gansu province during the anti-Japanese war. These data have very important research valueand historical value for drama in Gansu.
