金融支持宁夏文化、旅游产业发展研究

An Analysis on the Development of Culture and Tourism Industry by Financial Support in Ningxia

近年来,宁夏积极推动金融支持文化、旅游产业发展,较好地满足了文化、旅游产业的金融需求,但也还存在融资规模小、融资渠道单一等问题。金融服务文化旅游产业的能力不足、文化旅游企业普遍偿债能力较低、政府支持举措有待进一步改进、文化旅游消费市场较为狭窄、文化旅游金融服务支持体系不健全等制约着宁夏金融支持文化、旅游力度的提升。文章建议从完善文化旅游融资风险补偿机制、拓展文化旅游企业融资渠道、完善融资中介服务、明确文化旅游产品的商品属性等方面,引导金融机构加大支持宁夏文化旅游发展的力度。

In recent years, Ningxia has actively promoted the financial support of cultural and tourism development, to better meet the cultural and tourism industry＇ s financial needs, but there are still some problems, such as small scale of financing and single financing channel. The following factors restrict the financialsupport of cultural tourism industry development in Ningxia： financial service ability insufficiency in culturaltourism industry, low solvency in cultural tourism, the government support measures to be further improved,the relatively narrow cultural tourism consumption market, imperfect cultural tourism and financial servicesupport system. The paper suggests makeing greater efforts to increase the financial support of cultural tourismindustry in Ningxia from the following aspects： perfecting the cultural tourism financing risk compensationmechanism, expanding financing channels, cultural tourism enterprises to improve the financing intermediaryservices, making specific commodity attribute of cultural tourism products etc.
