心理护理在股骨头坏死患者中的临床应用价值

The Effect of Psychological Nursing on Patients with Femoral Head Necrosis

目的:研究心理护理对股骨头坏死患者的心理重建及临床应用。方法:从我院2013-2016年就诊的股骨头坏死患者中选取150例作为研究对象,根据护理方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予骨科常规护理,观察组在其基础上给予心理护理,比较两组患者心理状况改善程度、髋关节功能改善情况和人际关系交往能力变化。结果:两组患者无焦虑、肯定焦虑、明显焦虑、严重焦虑、Harris出院时评分、随访3个月评分、随访6个月评分存在显著差异(χ2=69.91,16.25,18.84,4.06;P<0.05),(t=5.84,4.23,3.79;P<0.01);人际关系在出院时、随访3个月时、随访6个月时的融洽率在两组间存在显著差异(χ2=6.57,11.99,5.95;P<0.05)。结论:心理护理可有效改善股骨头坏死患者的不良情绪,帮助患者重新建立有利于治疗与康复的心理状态,促进疾病的早日康复。

Objective： To explore psychological reconstruction and clinical application of psychological nursing in patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods：Patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head in our hospital dur- ing 2013--2016 were selected from 150 cases as the research objects,according to the different nursing methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given routine nursing in depart- ment of orthopedics, the observation group was given psychological nursing on the basis of it,comparison of psycho- logical status, hip joint function and interpersonal skills were carried out between the two groups of patients.Results： There were significant differences in without anxiety, certain anxiety, obvious anxiety, severe anxiety, Harris score （ X^2 = 69.91,16.25,18.84,4.06 ; P〈0.05）, （t = 5.84,4.23,3.79 ; P〈0.01） ; There was significant difference in the rate of good interpersonal relationship in discharge,follow-up 3 months and 6 months between two groups of patients （X^2 =6.57,11.99,5.95 ;P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Psychological nursing can effectively improve the bad mood of the pa- tients with femoral head necrosis,and help patients re--establish the psychological state of the treatment and reha bilitation,and promote the recovery of the disease.
