虚拟现实训练对事故后飞行员应激障碍康复中心率变异性的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨军事应激条件下事故后飞行员心理健康状况和虚拟现实训练对事故后飞行员应激障碍康复中心率变异性的影响,为临床心理工作提供理论依据。方法:对经历飞行事故后产生军事应激障碍的5名飞行员进行虚拟现实训练,收集训练前后心率变异性数据,比较事故后飞行员训练前后心率变异性变化。结果:虚拟现实训练后事故后飞行员心率变异性结果显示,时域指标中HR显著降低,SDNN、RMSSD显著升高(Z=-2.032,-2.023,-2.023;P<0.05)。频域指标中HF和TP显著升高(Z=-2.023,-2.023;P<0.05),LF/HF显著降低(Z=-2.023,-2.023;P<0.05)。结论 :虚拟现实训练能够改善飞行员自主神经功能活性状况,调节事故后飞行员军事应激反应,改善其心理健康状况。 Objective.. To discuss the mental health status of pilots under the condition of military stress and the effect of virtual reality training on the rehabilitation of heart rate variability of pilots affer the accident,and provide theoretical basis for clinical psychological work.Methods..After experiencing flight accidents, 5 pilots were trained to perform virtual reality training,then we compared heart rate variability status before and after virtual reality train- ing.Results^The results of heart rate variability of pilots after the virtual reality training showed that the HR was significantly reduced'and the RMSSD and $DNN were significantly increased in the time domain (Z=-2. 032, - 2.023, - 2.023 ; P 〈0.05 ). In frequency domain, HF and TP were significantly increased ( Z = - 2. 023- 2. 023 ; P 0.05 ), and LF/HF was significantly reduced( Z = 2.023 - 2.023 ; P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion .. Virtual reality training can im- prove the activity of the autonomic nervous function, regulate the milita'cy stress reaction and improve the mental health status of the pilot after the accident.
