大学生内隐、外显权力动机与主观幸福感的关系

The Effects of Undergraduates' Implicit/Explicit Power Motives on Subjective Well-being

目的:探讨内隐和外显权力动机与主观幸福感之间的关系,并考察内隐权力动机在外显权力动机与主观幸福感之间的调节作用。方法:采用随机整群抽样的方式,选取生活目标量表、图片故事练习、生活满意度量表和积极情感-消极情感量表对205名在校大学生进行测查。结果:(1)内隐权力动机与积极情感(r=0.24,P<0.05)、主观幸福感(r=0.20,P<0.05)呈显著正相关,外显权力动机与积极情感(r=0.36,P<0.01)、主观幸福感(r=0.24,P<0.05)呈显著正相关,与消极情感(r=-0.19,P<0.05)呈显著负相关;(2)内隐权力动机调节了外显权力动机与积极情感之间的关系。在低内隐权力动机个体中,外显权力动机对积极情感没有显著预测作用(simple slope=0.10,t=2.20,P>0.05);而在高内隐权力动机个体中,外显权力动机对积极情感有显著预测(simple slope=0.28,t=3.68,P<0.01)。结论:内隐、外显权力动机与主观幸福感之间关系密切,内隐权力动机在外显权力动机对积极情感的影响中具有调节作用。

Objective：To explore the effects of implicit/explicit power motives on subjective well--being,and fur- ther to analyze the moderating effect of implicit power motive between explicit power motive and subjective well-- being.Methods： A total of 205 college students completed Life--Goal Questionnaire, Picture Story Exercise, Satisfac tion With Life Scale and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule.Results： O Implicit power motive was significantly positively correlated to positive affect （ r=0.24, P 〈 0.05 ） and subjective well -- being （ r - 0.20, P 〈 0.05 ）, explicit power motive was significantly positively correlated to positive affect （r-0.36, P 〈0.01 ） and subjective well-- being （r=0.24 ,P〈0.05）,yet significantly negatively correlated to negative affect（r=-0.19 ,P〈0.05）.②The relationship between explicit power motive and positive affect was regulated by implicit power motive. Among people with low implicit power motive, explicit power motivation had no significantly prediction to positive affect（simple slope： 0.10 ,t = 2.20,P〉0.05） ;Among people with high implicit power motivation, explicit power motivation significantly positively predicted the positive affect （ simple slope： 0.28, t = 3.68, P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion ： Implicit and explicit power motivation are closely connected to subjective well--being.The relationship between explicit power motive and posi- tive affect is regulated by implicit power motive.
