高校应届毕业生核心自我评价、归因方式与就业焦虑的关系 被引量:14

The Relationship Among Core Self-evaluation,and Attribution Style and Employment Anxiety of Fresh Graduates in Universities

摘要 目的:了解高校应届毕业生就业焦虑现状,探讨其核心自我评价、归因方式及就业焦虑三者之间的关系。方法:采用高校毕业生就业焦虑量表、核心自我评价量表、多维度-多归因因果量表对260名应届毕业生进行调查。结果:(1)在人口学变量上,农村应届毕业生的就业焦虑总分(t=2.01,P<0.05)、生理行为因子(t=2.57,P<0.01)、主观感受因子(t=2.83,P<0.05)均高于城市应届毕业生,差异有统计学意义;(2)就业焦虑与核心自我评价总分呈显著负相关(r=-0.50,P<0.01);(3)就业焦虑与归因总分(r=0.40,P<0.01)、情境因子(r=0.22,P<0.01)、运气因子(r=0.27,P<0.01)均呈显著正相关;与能力因子(r=-0.43,P<0.01)、努力因子(r=-0.39,P<0.01)呈显著负相关。结论:(1)农村应届毕业生就业焦虑高于城市应届毕业生;(2)应届毕业生在就业时,核心自我评价越高,就业焦虑越低;就业焦虑越高归因方式呈外控倾向、就业焦虑越低归因方式呈内控倾向。 Objective:To explore the employment anxiety status quo of fresh graduates and its relationship with core self--evaluation and attribution style.Methods: Using college graduates employment anxiety scale, Chinese core self--evaluation scale, multidimensional-- multidimensional causality scale to survey 260 fresh graduates.Results:O On the employment anxiety, total score of the rural graduates (t=2.01, P d0.05 ), physiological behavior factor ( t 2.57, P〈0.01 ), the subjective factor(t=2.83, P〈0.05)were higher than those of urban fresh graduates; ②The em- ployment anxiety was significantly negative correlated with core self--evaluation score(r=-0.50, P 〈0.01 ) ; ③Em- ployment anxiety was significantly positive correlated with attribution style total score(r =0.40, P〈0.01 ), the back- ground factor( r=O. 22, P d0.01 ), luck factor(r =0.27, P〈0.01 ), and negative correlated with capacity factor ( r : -0.43, P〈0.01 )and hard factor(r=-0.39 ,P〈20.01).Conclusion: ①The rural graduates employment graduates anxie- ty is higher than that of the students in the city;②The higher the core self--evaluation, the lower the anxiety of em- ployment; The higher the employment anxiety, the higher the attribution of external control tendency, the lower the employment anxiety, the higher the attribution of internal control tendency.
