影像学一对一导师制教学运用影像存储及传输系统在学生成绩及心理接受程度提高中的作用 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨影像存储及传输系统(PACS)在影像学一对一导师制教学学生成绩及心理接受程度提高中的作用。方法:选择放射影像科室承担教学的两个班级,均进行一对一导师制教学模式,其中一个班级在一对一导师制教学模式基础上采用PACS教学模式进行授课,采用问卷调查及考核的形式评定两组学生成绩,比较两组学生心理接受度的变化。结果:A组课件制作时间、课件所选图像成像与使用时间差均短于B组(t=-9.985,-34.810;P<0.01),其课件更新率高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=33.133,P<0.01);A组教学积极性问卷调查评定为高所占比例高于B组,其积极性低所占比例低于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(Z=3.815,P<0.01);A组学生心理接受程度、自主学习的专注程度、主观感受评分均高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=7.604,10.640,9.892;P<0.05);A组学生理论知识、读片、诊断报告书书写、图像采集等考核评分均高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(t=13.921,57.764,14.208,21.808;P<0.05);A组对带教总满意率高于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(Z=2.636,P<0.05)。结论:在影像学一对一导师制教学中应用PACS平台,可提高教师工作效率,调动学生学习积极性,提高其对教学的心理接受度。 Objective:To investigate the effect of picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in improving students" performance and psychological acceptance in imaging one--to--one tutorial system teaching.Methods: Two classes taught by the department of radiology and imaging were selected, and one--to--one tutorial system teaching mode was adopted.The PACS teaching mode was applied in one of the classes, based on one--to--one tutorial sys tern teaching mode.The students' performances in the two groups were evaluated by questionnaires and examina- tions,and the changes of psychological acceptance were compared between the two gr0ups.Results: The time differ- ence between courseware designing, imaging of pictures selected in courseware and using in group A was shorter than those in group B(t =-9.985 ,-34.810;P〈0.01), and the courseware update rate was higher than that in group B (t = 33.133, P〈0.01).The proportion of high teaching enthusiasm investigated by questionnaires in group A was higher than that in group B, and the proportion of low teaching enthusiasm was lower than that in group B(Z = 3.815, P 〈 0.01 ).The scores of students' psychological acceptance, concentration of self-- study and subjective feeling in group A were higher than those in group B(t = 7.604,10.640,9.892;P〈0.05).The scores of theoretical knowl- edge,reading,diagnostic report writing and !mage acquisition in group A were higher than those in group B(t = 13.921,57.764,14.208,21.808;P〈0.05).The total satisfaction rate with teaching in group A was higher than that in group B(Z = 2.636, P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion.. The application of PACS platform in the one -- to -- one tutorial system teaching can improve the efficiency of teachers, arouse the enthusiasm of students and improve their psychological acceptance.
