刺激颈上神经节对家兔脑功能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 实验在32只清醒家兔上进行,电刺激右侧颈上神经节(superior cervical ganglion,SCG)1h,观察刺激期间及停刺激后2h内家兔双侧脑血流量(cerebral blood flow,CBF),大脑皮层躯体感觉诱发电位(somatosensory evolked potentials,SEP)的变化。每隔20min记录一次,结果表明,刺激和刺激后期间同侧各时间点的CBF均显著低于对照刺激20、40、60min,P<0.001;刺激停止后20、40、60,80min,P<0.05;刺激停止后100,120min,P<0.001;对侧各时间点的CBF与前对照相比均无显著性差异。P>0.05。刺激及停刺激期间各时间点的同侧SEPP波振幅显著低于前对照(P<0.0001);对侧P波振幅与前对照相比除刺激20min时显著低于对照(P<0.01)外,其余各时间点的P波振幅均非常显著性地低于对照(P<0.001)。双侧各时间点记录的P波潜伏期与前对照相比均未见显著性差异。结果提示,一侧SCG兴奋可以显著减少双侧脑血供和脑诱发电活动。
