甲床损伤后甲板缺失修复保护装置的效果

Clinical application of deck missing repair protector after nail bed injury

目的探讨甲床损伤后应用甲板缺失修复保护装置的治疗效果,并探讨其对甲床损伤再生修复的临床价值。方法选取2011年1月至2017年2月娄底市中心医院手足显微外科收治的86例(95指)甲床损伤合并甲板缺失患者,其中21例(22指)甲板保存完整的患者修复甲床后采用原甲板覆盖保护甲床创面(A组),48例(52指)甲板缺失患者修复甲床后采用甲板缺失修复保护装置(B组),17例(21指)甲板缺失患者修复甲床后使用凡士林覆盖(C组)。根据甲板再生疗效标准评价新生甲板的治疗效果。结果术后随访6～24个月。A,B组患者的优良率差异无统计学意义(68.2%vs 69.3%,P>0.05),C组患者的优良率明显低于A和B组。结论甲板缺失修复保护装置对甲床损伤修复有着很好的保护作用,简单易行,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of deck missing repair device after nail bed injury, the value and promoting effect of research device on nail bed regeneration and repair. Methods From January 2011 to February 2017, 86 patients （95 fingers） with nail bed injury combined with deck missing were treated in the Department of Microsurgery of Hand and Foot in Loudi Central Hospital. Among of them, 21 cases （22 fingers） of the decks were preserved intact to repair the original deck coverage after nail bed （groupA） , 48 cases （52 fingers） after the repair of nail bed used the deck missing repair protection device （groupB） , 17 cases （21 fingers） repaired with nail bed and covered with vaseline （ group C） . According to the standard of deck regeneration curative effect. Results Follow-up duration was 6 to 24 months. There was no significant difference between group A and group B in the excellent and good rate （68. 2% vs 6 9 .3% t P 〉 0.05） , while the group C was significantly lower than that of group A and group B. Conclusion Application of deck missing repair protection device has a good protective effect on nail bed injury repair, and the method is simple and easy to be popularized.
