摘要
创新创业教育为区域经济发展提供人才战略和技术创新支持,区域经济为创新创业教育提供资源、平台和机会,双方是互需互促的。地方高校的创新创业教育目前还存在着短板,应注重其"道"与"术"的统一,组建多元化导师人才库,构建区域经济特色的开放课程体系,搭建校企协同育人平台,建立科学的评价与激励机制,来促进与区域经济发展深度融合。
The innovation and entrepreneurship education provides talent strategy and technological innovation support for the regional economic development.The regional economy provides resources,platforms and opportunities for the innovation and entrepreneurship education.The relationship between the regional economic development and the innovation and entrepreneurship education is mutual demand and promotion.There are still some short board of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.It should take some action to promote the integration of innovative entrepreneurship education and regional economic development,such as uniting the thought and the method of the innovation and entrepreneurship,setting up a diversified talent pool of the mentors,constructing an open curriculum system with the regional economic characteristics,building a school enterprise collaborative education platform for the integration of production and teaching,establishing a scientific and reasonable mechanism for the evaluation and encouragement,and so on.
