摘要
以195/65R15子午线轮胎为研究对象,采用有限元方法研究负荷、充气压力和速度对滚动阻力的影响规律。通过旋转轮胎的子午截面建立轮胎三维有限元模型,对轮胎稳态滚动下单元的应力、应变进行谐波叠加来计算滚动阻力。在此基础上,对单一工况参数改变时滚动阻力的变化情况进行了模拟。分析结果表明:随负荷和充气压力的增加,滚动阻力分别呈现线性增长和沿抛物线下降的趋势;中低速行驶条件下,速度对滚动阻力的影响不大。
Choose radial tire 195/65 R15 as the research object and apply FEA method to analyze the effect of load,inflation pressure and speed on rolling resistance.Rotate the meridional section of tire to develop tire three-dimensional finite element model,and conduct harmonic superposition for the strain and stress of elements when the tire is in the situation of steady-state rolling.Using the transformed strain and stress to calculate rolling resistance when single conditional parameter changed.The results showed that,with the increase of load and inflation pressure,rolling resistance linearly increased and decreased along concave type parabolic respectively.The effect of speed on rolling resistance was quite limited in low and medium speed.
