摘要
全美教育协会、美国教师联盟和大学教授协会是美国高校中影响最大的三个教师组织。它们既是提升高校教师专业化水平的"专业团体"、也是致力于增进高校教师利益的"利益团体",更是运用"集体谈判"手段维护教职员工权益的"工会团体"。这三大组织运作民主,策略灵活多样,充分发挥了自身"保护、参与、自律和服务"的功能。可以说,它们不仅在维护高校教师合法权益方面起到了重要作用,而且还通过平衡学术权利和行政权力之间的关系,很好地维护了大学教育的自主权。
National Education Association,American Federation of Teachers and the American Association of University Professors are the three most in uential university teacher's organizations in the USA. They made a great contribution to the maintenance of educational autonomy,balance of academic power and administrative power relations and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of university teachers. These three organizations are not only the "professional groups" to improve the professional level of college teachers , but also the " interest groups " that committed to promote the interests of the university teachers, especially are "labor unions" to safeguard the teacher's interests by "collective bargaining ". The operation of the three is very democratic,and their strategy is ? exible. So they give full play to their own "protection, participation, self-discipline and service" function.
