中国经济快速发展,经济体量都位居全球前列。伴随"一带一路"战略的实施,中国与世界经济联系日益密切,对外出口的重点已从简单的贸易转向大型工业项目出口。大型项目的开发周期长,汇率波动可能对项目开发带来不利影响。本文从埃及汇率波动角度分析国际项目开发过程中的风险及对策。通过分析,中企承包商欲开发埃及项目,需紧跟新形势,围绕市场开发,对汇率风险管控需要有清晰地认识,才能更好地规避风险,从而帮助实现企业利润的最大化。

With the rapid economic development, Chinese economic volume has ranked the forefront of the world. With the implementation of the “One Belt One Road”strategy, China has become increasingly close to the world economy. The focus of Chinese exports has shifted from the simple trade to the large-scale industrial projects. Exchange rate ？ uctuations may adversely affect project development due to the long development cycle of large projects. This paper analyzes the risks and countermeasures in the process of international project development from the perspective of Egyptian exchange rate ？ uctuation. The contractors in the development of the Egyptian projects need to keep up with the new situation and have a clear understanding of the exchange rate risk control in order to avoid risks and maximize the pro？ ts of enterprises.
