摘要
由于丝绸纹样属蛋白质有机材料,受光照或微生物作用,质地极易老化,日常保藏需抗光或防霉处理。设计一种非接触式的丝绸纹样处理系统,根据该系统原理对丝绸纹样的抗光性能和防腐性能进行试验。结果显示,这种非接触处理方式与常规的浸轧接触处理方式一样,对纹样同样能起到良好的抗光和防腐效果,同时非接触式处理对纹样在处理中避免自身受到二次损害十分有利。
Given the fact that silk pattern is composed of protein, an organic material, whose texture is prone to aging due to sun exposure or microbial reaction, light-resistant and mildew-resistant treatment should be introduced in its daily storage. This paper is intended to design a non-contact type of silk pattern processing system to test its performance in the two respects mentioned above. The results show that this non-contact processing method has the same effect in light-resistance and in mildew-resistance as the conventional padding-contact method. What’ s more, the former enjoys the advantage of avoiding secondary damage to the pattern.
