高职院校实践教学指导模式的探索研究

Researching into the Guidance Mode of Practical Teaching in Vocational Colleges

为了使高职院校更好地培养学生的实践动手能力,提高其技术应用水平,必须作如下改革:加强校企合作,引入现代学徒制;一些专业课程由理论授课为主模式转变为以项目任务为主的实践教学模式;以学生参加竞赛、技能大赛为入口,构建以应对竞赛为目的的实践教学指导模式;建立学生社团、开展社团式的实践教学指导模式;建立以大师为引领的创客空间,构建以产品开发、创新研究为目的的实践教学指导模式。

In order to uplift vocational college students’ capabilities in practice and in technological application in particular, the following reforms should be carried out： to enhance school-enterprise cooperation, and introduce modern apprenticeship; to convert the mainstream theory-oriented teaching mode into project-oriented practical teaching; to construct competition-oriented instructing mode of practical teaching through students’ participation in various skill competitions; to form the guiding mode of helping students organize activities in societies; to establish masters-led workspace, targeting at product development and innovative research.
