摘要
健康是每个人追求的理想目标。那么,究竟什么是健康,影响健康的因素有哪些,科学运动与储蓄健康的关系怎样,科学运动的内涵、方式、原则、注意事项是什么,科学运动能储蓄健康吗?这是当下全民健身活动中每个人必须要清楚回答的问题。影响健康的因素有:环境因素、生物遗传因素、行为和生活方式因素及医疗卫生服务因素,而行为和生活方式因素是影响个体健康的核心因素。每个人都要养成良好的体育锻炼行为习惯和终身体育的生活方式,将科学运动融入到日常的生活中,走科学运动生活化道路,提倡"科学运动能储蓄健康"的新理念。
Good health is every one's pursuit. Then, what is health? What factors affect health? What is the relationship between scientific exercising and health deposit? What are the connotation, modes and principles of scientific exercising? What should be born in mind to do scientific exercising? Does scientific exercising attribute to health deposit? These are the questions that must be answered by everyone participating in the national fitness programs. These are the factors, among others, affecting our health: environmental factor, biological genetic factor, one's behavior and lifestyle, and medical care service, with one's behavior and lifestyle standing at the center. It is suggested that everyone should develop good habits of regular exercising and form lifelong sporting lifestyle, introducing scientific exercising into his daily life, embarking on the path of scientific exercising and advocating the new notion that scientific exercising attributes to health deposit.
