骨肽注射液辅助近端防旋髓内钉治疗转子间骨折34例疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Ossotide Injection Assisted Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-Rotation for Treating Intertrochanteric Fracture in 34 Cases

目的探讨骨肽注射液辅助股骨近端防旋髓内钉固定术治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法选取2014年6月至2015年6月在医院骨科住院的股骨转子间骨折患者68例,按不同治疗方法分为对照组和观察组,各34例。对照组患者采用股骨近端防旋髓内钉固定术治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用骨肽注射液辅助治疗。结果术后,观察组患者引流量明显低于对照组,卧床时间及骨折愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),髋关节评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);髋关节功能优良率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的76.47%(χ~2=4.221,P=0.040);临床疗效总有效率为94.12%,明显高于对照组的70.59%(χ~2=6.476,P=0.011)。观察组患者出现轻微药品不良反应2例,经对症治疗后均好转。结论骨肽注射液辅助近端防旋髓内钉固定术治疗转子间骨折可明显促进骨折愈合,且药品不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Ossotide Injection assisted proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in the treatment of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods Totally 68 patients with intertrochanteric fracture in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2015 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods, 34 cases in each group. The control group was given proximal femoral nail anti-rotation, on this basis, the observation group was given Ossotide Injection. Results After operation, the drainage volume of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the time of lying in bed and the healing time of the fracture of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the hip joint score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The excellent and good rate of hip joint function of the observation group was 94. 12%, which was significantly higher than 76. 47% of the control group （χ2=4. 221, P=0. 040 ） . The total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 12%, which was significantly higher than 70. 59% of the control group （χ2=6. 476, P=0. 011 ） . There were 2 cases of mild adverse drug reactions in the observation group, and they all improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion Ossotide Injection assisted proximal femoral nail anti-rotation in the treatment of patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture can obviously promote fracture healing fixation with less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
