精神专科医院2016年门诊处方点评及不合理用药分析

Review of Outpatient Prescriptions and Analysis of Irrational Drug Use in a Psychiatric Hospital in 2016

目的提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法从精神专科医院2016年全年处方中每月固定抽取某一天的门诊处方进行点评,不包括"麻醉"药品、"精二"药品处方。结果共点评2 000张处方,处方合格率为85.90%,医院门诊处方平均用药品种数为1.78种,抗菌药物使用率为0.10%,无注射剂使用,基本药物使用率为50.37%,每张处方平均金额为424元。结论应加大处方点评力度,以提高合理用药水平。

Objective To improve the quality of prescription and promote rational drug use. Methods The outpatient prescriptions were extracted monthly for fixed one day from the prescriptions in 2016 in a psychiatric hospital, excluding ″narcotic″ drugs and ″second category of psychotropic drugs″ prescriptions. Results A total of 2000 prescriptions were reviewed, the qualified rate of prescription was 85. 90%, and the average number of drugs used in outpatient prescriptions was 1. 78, the use rate of antibacterial drugs was 0. 10%, no injection was used, the basic drug use rate was 50. 37%, and the average amount of each prescription was 424 Yuan. Conclusion Prescription review should be strengthened to improve the level of rational drug use.
