供给侧改革与协同发展视角下河北产业转型研究

Research on Industrial Transformation and Upgrading of Hebei Province from the Perspective of Supply-side Reform and Collaborative Development

京津冀协同发展和建立雄安新区重大战略使世界聚焦河北,为河北在更大区域参与生产力布局和产业链重构提供了重大机遇;立足供给侧改革和协同发展视角,推进三次产业协同发展,是河北服务京津、接轨京津、打造京津冀经济共同体的必然选择。通过隶属函数协调度模型对2005—2014年间河北省三次产业的协同发展程度进行测算,发现河北省三次产业平均协同水平为轻度失调,一二、一三、二三产业协同程度分别为轻度失调、基本协调和轻度失调。相较于经济发展总量,地方经济发展质量更多地受到产业发展协同程度的影响。因此,从发展战略性新兴产业促转型、优化产业链条建设和提升服务业水平三个维度提出对策建议。

It is an inevitable choice for serving from and integrating with Beijing and Tianjin to promote the collaborative development of three industries the perspective Economy of supply-side reform and the coordinative the development,thus the building three Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Community.2005 Through by measuring collaborative degree of industries in Hebei Province average from to 2014 Coordination three Membership Model,the finding mild in this paper The shows industrial industry that the collaboration level of and the the industries of Hebei and Province of is disorder.coordination are degree of the primary secondary industry that the the secondary and and tertiary both mild disorder,and the the industrial total coordination degree of primary tertiary industry mostly is nearly coordination.industrial Compared with amount of economy,the level of local economy are is affected by coordination strategic degree.Finally,the countermeasures industrial and suggestions upgrading proposed follows：as developing new industry,optimizing the chain,and the service industry.
