电阻钎焊在永磁直驱风力发电机定子并头中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 风力发电机定子并头过去主要采用火焰钎焊,生产效率低且质量不可靠。为满足永磁直驱电机批量化生产的需求,通过工艺试验开发了一种电阻钎焊工艺。试验表明,电阻钎焊接头结合率优良,在实际生产中投入使用,生产效率和产品质量均得到大幅提高,降低了生产成本。 Flame brazing was mainly carried out to wind generator stator joint at past,the method resulted in lower production efficiency and unreliable quality. To accomplish lot production of permanent magnetic direct drive generator,a kind of resistance brazing process has been developed by process tests,and the tests showed that binding rate of joint by resistance brazing was sound,furthermore both of production efficiency and products quality have been improved evidently to decrease production costs after put into practice.
