摘要
铜板带材生产时,要求产品具有较高的表面质量及较低的加工损失率,这就要求对铜锭坯在加热和轧制过程中所产生的氧化铜皮进行有效控制和去除。本文分析了热轧铜板带表面氧化皮的生成原因,并分别从合金成分、加热参数、轧制工艺、设备设计等方面探讨了如何最大程度地控制、减少和去除氧化皮。同时,根据现代化铜板带热轧机组的工艺要求和配置型式,提出了适合于大规格铸锭热轧时去除铜板带氧化皮的设计方式和生产工艺。
Because of the requirements of higher surface quality and lower processing loss when producing the copper strip,it is necessary to control and remove the oxide skin in copper strip which generated from the reheating and hot rolling processes. The causes of copper oxide skin were analyzed in this paper,and how to control and reduce and remove the oxide skin at utmost respectively from the aspects of alloying ingredient,reheating parameter,rolling processing and equipment design were discussed. At the same time,design methods and product production processes for removing copper oxide skin were proposed according to process requirements and configuration patterns of modern hot rolling mill for copper strip by hot rolled from the large-scale ingot.
