摘要
在我国经济发达地区,针对通行量特别大的高速公路改扩建提出不同于传统拼宽的改造模式。由于经济发达地区土地资源稀缺,城市化严重,一种思路是改造为双层高速公路,新建的立体模式高速(隧道或高架)与原高速公路系统协同运行。第二种思路是改造为综合通道系统,集高速公路、快速路、主干路为一体,提升通道的运行效率,促进城市发展。两种模式投资都较大,适合于土地资源宝贵、城市化严重地区,同时需要建设资金充足。
In the developed areas of our country,the author puts forward the transformation mode of the expressway which is different from the traditional one in order to improve the traffic volume. Due to the scarcity of land resources in the developed areas,the urbanization is serious,one idea is to transform into a double decker highway,the new three-dimensional model of high-speed( tunnel or elevated) and the original highway system coordinated operation. The second idea is to transform into a comprehensive system,set the highway,expressway,trunk road as a whole,to enhance the effi-ciency of the channel,and promote urban development.Two modes of investment are larger, suitable for the precious land resources,serious urbanization areas,while the construction of adequate funds.
