摘要
柱塞式气力输送系统能降低粉料输送速度、减少管件磨损、提高输送能力和降低输送单位能耗等优点,故在燃煤锅炉除灰系统中应用最为普遍。介绍了燃煤锅炉柱塞式气力除灰系统的工艺流程、理论计算模型,以及主要设备选型,并结合实际案例,阐述了工程设计要点及需注意的问题。
Plunger type pneumatic conveying system offers advantages including the reduction of conveying speed for powder material,reduction of wear for duct fitting,increasing of conveying capacity,and reduction of energy consumption per ton of material conveyed,hence it is most extensively used in the ash removal system for coal-fired boilers.The process flow,calculation model,and selection of major equipment for the plunger type pneumatic ash removal system for coal-fired boilers are outlined.And based on actual application,the design highlights and precautions are described.
