胸腰段椎旁肌间隙的解剖观测 被引量:3

摘要 胸腰椎后路手术是治疗骨折、胸腰椎滑脱症、肿瘤等疾病的常用手术治疗方法。传统脊柱旁入路需从椎板剥离的骶棘肌,术后通过瘢痕与椎板愈合,破坏了其正常的生理特性,成为部分患者术后残留长期腰背部疼痛的原因之一,影响了手术疗效;而肌间隙入路从肌间隙钝性分离进入,避免剥离椎旁肌间隙软组织,可以迅速有效地达到手术区域,缩短手术时间。
