摘要
哈尔滨地铁1号线运营初期,车轮踏面普遍发生了W型沟槽磨耗和闸瓦磨耗过快的问题。通过系统分析和试验,得出产生该问题的多种因素,并提出了相应的改进措施:修正电空混合制动方案解决了闸瓦磨耗过快的问题;调整闸瓦材质解决了车轮踏面W型沟槽磨耗问题;采用周期性换端的方式对车轮磨耗状态进行了优化。
In the initial operation,the fast W-type groove wear and brake block wear of the wheel tread on Harbin Metro Line 1 frequently occurred. In this paper,factors contributing to the wear problem are obtained through systematic analysis and experiments,corresponding improvements are proposed,including the correction of hybrid electro pneumatic braking scheme to solve fast break wear, the adjustment of brake block materials for W-type groove wear and the application of periodical terminal changing method to improve the wheel tread wear state.
