摘要
本文结合中国石化纪检监察工作实际,强调纪检监察部门履行好日常监督职能,必须通过坚持和完善日常沟通联系机制、经常性谈话提醒机制、廉洁风险预警和处置机制、工作指导机制、对纪检监察干部的激励约束机制等长效机制,使监督工作有抓手、能落实、起作用,实现在坚持不懈、持之以恒中见常态、见长效。
The paper, taking the actual inspection and supervision work of SINOPEC Group as an example, emphasizes that discipline inspection and supervision departments should fulfill the daily supervisory function through adhering to and improving the following mechanisms: the daily contact and communication mechanism, the regular talk and reminding mechanism, the early warning and handling of risks mechanism, the work guidance mechanism, as well as long-term mechanisms such as the incentive and restraint mechanism for discipline inspection and supervision officials. The aim is to drive the supervision work to be fully implemented and take effect, achieving regular and long term effects through perseverance and integrity.
